We're not flexible about how we strive to maintain the confidentiality of private information relating to the transactions in which we are involved. If you're a prospective Buyer of a Center that we represent (or are co-brokering), then understand that we will not provide private, confidential information without the Confidentiality Agreement that we provide to you. There is a very important, simple concept to understand about this... The Buyer is not the one providing the Confidential Information that has to be protected. The Seller is (at the appropriate time, of course). It is important to understand this. If you are a prospective Buyer of one of the Centers that we represent, please understand that we are not flexible in our willingness to to not provide private information without our Confidentiality Agreement being signed and dated by you. You should understand and respect this. After all, believe us when we say that you don't want to purchase a Center who's confidential business information has been loosely circulated through the marketplace. Competitors can get hold of it. Parents who hear about a Center being for sale tend to get nervous and sometimes yank Little Johnny out and put him in another Center.
